Labor Management


CDS uses people, processes and technology to optimize its work output. The intersection of these three elements is evident in our labor management system initiatives, which provide labor and process feedback. The purpose of our labor management system is to measure labor activity with a goal of improving productivity – resulting in cost savings for both CDS and its clients. Our system works by displaying a detailed task level of how we’re doing by individual, shift, department, account and building. The results? Continuous feedback that helps everyone from warehouse associates to executives improve processes and productivity.
