Think of CDS’ customer service as an extension of your own company. At least two customer service representatives will be assigned to your account for redundancy. They are your representatives at CDS for all aspects of your product’s distribution. All CDS customer service representatives can always be reached by phone or email. Additional support methods can also be arranged.
CDS sites typically have flexible shipping hours; most operate with three shifts around the clock and ship six or seven days a week. Customer service is always available in dock areas during shipping hours.
CDS customer service will work with carriers and consignees to assure that orders are transported and arrive in a timely and expected fashion.
